Designed in 3 levels allows you to learn techniques that will help you get rid of stress, and you can apply them anywhere.

3 levels:

• Relax in business – in a relaxed way to better results (less sick leave, more smiles, greater motivation for work, encouraging creativity, better concentration, reduction of stress, anxiety, depression and other negative emotions.
• Relax in life – relaxation techniques that with everyday application lead to psychophysical relaxation and medical effect (breathing techniques, isometric muscle relaxation, visualization, detection of weak spots under pressure, etc.).
• Mindful moments – a technique that allows full inclusion at the moment (observation of the moment without analysis and criticism, openness to the senses with less negative thoughts). It is a very powerful moment for self-observation and support in the processes of change.
• An interactive workshop for stress management in duration of 6 hours.
